High pressure diecasting of aluminium and zinc alloys
Why aluminium alloys?
- High tensile strenght at low weight
- High natural resistance to corrosion
- High electromagnetic shielding and thermal conductivity
- Nice, smooth and pure surface
- Continuous measurement accuracy, even with large volumes and high complexity
- Easy and precise to finish
- Very durable, aluminum is infinitely recyclable while maintaining physical properties
Why zinc alloys?
- Low fluidity, ideal for diecasting complex and thin parts
- Very suitable for production of small parts with accurate tolerances
- Limited cost of energy because of low melting point
- Easily absorbing shocks and vibrations
- Rapid production, requires little finishing
Disadvantage: not te be used at working temperatures above 100°C.

- Aluminium & Zamak high pressure diecasting parts from 2 grams upto 7 kilograms (gross)
- Max net weight aluminium = 5kg
- Max net weight zinc = 2kg

In consultation with the customer, ALUSION customizes inventory management.
Call-off orders, just-in-time delivery, made-to-order, buffer stock in our distribution center, all options are possible.
